Both of these are not handled until you recieve your phone. There will be a contact number on the directions sheet you get in your package. Simply call your techs number and in 15 minutes or less you are activated and ready to go. We want to make sure you get the correct phone number for your area and  that you get to use all your plan instead of waiting on the phone for up to 6 days and losing 6 days on your plan.
