Your advertiser purchase begins with the issue identified in the signed order form. The full six-month advertising price is due upfront before production, placement, or publication.

There are no monthly or recurring charges beyond the agreed six-month advertising commitment unless you separately authorize additional services or charges in writing. Additional services, artwork, revisions, premium placement, rush production, or other charges must be disclosed and approved in writing before they are incurred.

Choice: Preview the issue first, identify the right format, and request a written order form that clearly states the starting issue, selected placement, price, and any separately authorized services.

The September 2026 price sheet includes important payment, cancellation, approval, and placement terms. Prices are subject to change for future orders, and the price in effect on the date of the signed order controls.

Advertising payments are nonrefundable except where a refund or cancellation is required by applicable law, the signed advertising agreement, or the publisher’s inability to provide the contracted placement. No refund or credit is provided for:

• Failure to submit timely artwork or approvals

• Change of mind

• Business closure

• Failure to respond

• Reduced readership

• Changes in distribution

• Lack of inquiries or leads

• Lack of sales or ad performance

• Unused portions of a six-month commitment

There is no prorated refund for an unused portion of a six-month commitment. If the price sheet and signed advertising agreement conflict, the signed advertising agreement controls.

If an amount due is not paid when required, Amerishop Services LLC may suspend production or publication immediately. Unpaid or unscheduled advertising may be removed, withheld, or refused publication. Removal or nonpublication does not cancel the advertiser’s payment obligation for the remaining contracted term. The advertiser remains responsible for unpaid amounts, authorized change fees, and other amounts stated in the signed agreement.

Overdue balances accrue simple interest at 29% per year, calculated from the due date, or the maximum amount allowed by law, whichever is less. Card payments carry the 2% convenience fee shown on the price sheet.

All advertising is subject to publisher approval. The publisher may edit, reject, or refuse an advertisement. Placement is subject to availability and is not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing. The terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri.

Advantage: A signed six-month order form gives you a clear written record of the selected issue, pricing, placement, approvals, and authorized services.
