Amerishop Services LLC provides a comprehensive suite of digital marketing and directory services. Our primary offering is a nationwide business directory listing that ensures your company is visible across all 50 states.

For a flat rate of $359 per year, our clients receive:

We understand that as a business owner, you need flexibility. This agreement is non-exclusive. Amerishop Services LLC reserves the right to provide similar advertising services to other businesses, including your competitors. Likewise, you are free to advertise your business through any other channels or platforms you choose. We focus on delivering value so you want to stay with us, not because you're forced to.

Payment Terms, Late Fees, and Our No Refund Policy

Clear Payment Terms

Transparency is our policy. All services are billed on an annual basis. For the standard directory listing, the fee is $359/year. For the Platinum SEO upgrade, the fee is $3,600/year. Payment is due at the time of signup or renewal to ensure there is no lapse in your online visibility.

Handling Late Fees

We know things can get busy. However, to maintain the high level of service and immediate indexing we provide, payments must be made on time. Accounts that remain unpaid past the renewal date may be subject to a late fee of $25 per month. If an account remains delinquent for more than 30 days, we reserve the right to temporarily disable your listing until the balance is settled.

No Refund Policy

Because our services involve immediate labor, specifically the live indexing and verification of your business within 24 hours, we maintain a strict No Refund Policy. Once your listing is live and the search engines have begun indexing your profile, the service for that year is considered fully rendered. Advertiser Representations and Responsibilities

As the Advertiser, you represent that all information provided to Amerishop Services LLC is accurate, current, and that you have the legal right to use all trademarks and logos provided. You are responsible for the content of your listing. While we provide the platform and the SEO "juice," the accuracy of your phone number, address, and service offerings rests with you. Please keep us updated if your details change so we can ensure your 24/7 visibility remains effective.

Limitation of Liability

While we are experts at what we do and boast a massive visitor base, we cannot guarantee a specific number of leads or a specific increase in revenue. Our service is to provide the platform and the search engine visibility. Amerishop Services LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our directory services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the service in the twelve months preceding any claim.

Governing Law and Acceptance of Terms

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri. By submitting your payment and business information to Amerishop Services LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms. This is a neighborly handshake in digital form: we do the work, you get the visibility, and we grow together.
