• Greet customers and consistently deliver outstanding service.

• Listen to and accurately document customer concerns.

• Efficiently schedule vehicle service appointments.

• Provide clear and detailed estimates for services and repairs.

• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely service.

• Maintain accurate records of services and payments.

• Assist with inventory and parts ordering.

• Process cash and credit card transactions.
